The Gryphens Saga
You know that old idiom, “Don’t judge a book by its cover”? There’s a lot of wisdom there, metaphorically speaking. But when we’re talking about actual books… well, I have to confess that I usually do judge them by their covers. When I’m browsing at the bookstore, chances are good that I won’t even notice a book – much less buy it – unless I love the cover design (unless, of course, I’m already familiar with the book or its author).
As silly and shallow as that probably sounds, I have to admit further that this applies (in a twisted sense) to my own books. Read the rest of this entry »
